Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are notoriously low-key, private celebrities, rarely giving interviews and even more rarely being photographed while going about their daily lives as luxury fashion designers and generally fabulous people. In fact, these two just might be part of the tiny handful of millennial women who don’t and have never had a social media presence, making their first appearance on Vine in 2014 in a video they thought was a photo and posting their first ever and only selfie just last year. So when these sisters do crop up on Instagram, it’s kind of a big deal.

Here's our look at wedding reception comedy-drama Table 19, starring Anna Kendrick, Craig Robinson and Lisa Kudrow...
Back in the early days of my online film geekdom, I used to take part in a fantasy film league, inspired by fantasy sports leagues. You take the role of a producer and using your budget for the season, you choose six stars to be in your made-up film. The box office returns of that film are then determined by the real life box office successes of those stars throughout the season.
See related Game Of Thrones season 6: new deleted scene released Game Of Thrones: HBO ruling out spin-offs, for now Game Of Thrones season 6: breaking down Blood Of My Blood's vision Game Of Thrones season 6: 9 questions about The Door
Table 19 could have been cast in much the same way as you'd cast one of those fantasy films.

Farces might be cheap to make, but no other genre offers a smaller margin of error — the good ones are heavenly, the bad ones are hellish, and the space between is limited. At least the infernally flat and instantly forgettable wedding comedy “Table 19” has the courtesy to register its awfulness right from the start, its lifeless first scenes sparing viewers the trouble of having to figure out which way this thing is going to go.
Like a train that derails before it even leaves the station, the movie opens with a series of wildly uninspired character introductions that preemptively sour the film’s clever premise. Anna Kendrick, who has mastered the fine art of playing the jilted girlfriend who is forced to suffer through someone else’s wedding, stars as Eloise McGarry; she’s the first person we meet, and the only one we really get to know. Ty Junemann and Ashley Idema just had the happiest wedding on earth.
The Texas couple tied the knot in a Disney-themed ceremony at The Grove in Houston, Texas, on October 10 – and their Up bouquet, Beauty and the Beast centerpieces and Cinderella-esque attire made guests feel like they’d stepped into a real-life fairytale.

A review of the "Fargo" season 2 finale coming up just as soon as I decree no more schnitzel or strudel... "People are dead, Peggy." -Lou A palindrome, as you know, is a word or phrase that's the same backwards and forwards: "Madam, I'm Adam," or "Mom," or "A man, a plan, a canal: Panama!" Many of the players we met over the course of this season of "Fargo" don't seem particularly palindromic. They start as one thing, and end as something else entirely, and their journey looks radically different when viewed start to finish rather than finish to start. But then there is Lou Solverson, who is palindromic in character if not in name. He is the same at this tale's end as he was at the beginning, and as he will be 27 years in the future (when his facial features will be significantly different), and likely as he was...

Ginger Zee, the ABC News meteorologist and Good Morning America favorite, married her NBC New York reporter boyfriend Ben Aaron over the weekend.
Ginger Zee Weds Ben Aaron
Zee and Aaron tied the knot in Michigan in an intimate ceremony with 55 friends and family members, who watched as the media pair exchanged traditional vows.
"I am so proud to be from Michigan and I have countless memories of growing up along this gorgeous lake,” Zee told People, referring to Lake Michigan. “I wanted to have one of the most important moments of my life here and make another one of those memories."
Zee and Aaron’s nuptials were planned by wedding planner Francesco Bilotto. "Think Hamptons on the lake," Bilotto said of the wedding festivities' décor. "Lots of navy blue and off-white, very formal coastal is the look."

Prince William and Prince Harry got a real taste of Southern hospitality at the wedding of their close friend Guy Pelly in Memphis, Tennessee, on Saturday. The royals were joined by their cousins, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, who are friends of the bride, hotel heiress Elizabeth "Lizzy" Wilson, for the lavish celebration at the Memphis Hunt and Polo Club. William and Harry attended the 6 p.m. wedding ceremony, during which Wilson carried a bouquet of blue hydrangeas down the aisle as the Memphis Boys choir sang. The couple paid tribute to Memphis's most famous resident, Elvis Presley, by wearing...

Danielle Darrieux turns 97: Darrieux has probably enjoyed the longest film star career in history (photo: Danielle Darrieux in ‘La Ronde’) Screen legend Danielle Darrieux is turning 97 today, May 1, 2014. In all likelihood, the Bordeaux-born (1917) Darrieux has enjoyed the longest "movie star" career ever: eight decades, from Wilhelm Thiele’s Le Bal (1931) to Denys Granier-Deferre’s The Wedding Cake / Pièce montée (2010). (Mickey Rooney has had a longer film career — nearly nine decades — but mostly as a supporting player in minor roles.) Absurdly, despite a prestigious career consisting of more than 100 movie roles, Danielle Darrieux — delightful in Club de femmes, superb in The Earrings of Madame De…, alternately hilarious and heartbreaking in 8 Women — has never won an Honorary Oscar. But then again, very few women have. At least, the French Academy did award her an Honorary César back in 1985; additionally, in 2002 Darrieux and her fellow 8 Women / 8 femmes co-stars shared Best Actress honors...

Mickey Rooney dead at 93: Four-time Oscar nominee, frequent Judy Garland co-star may have had the longest film career ever (photo: Mickey Rooney ca. 1940) Mickey Rooney, four-time Academy Award nominee and one of the biggest domestic box-office draws during the studio era, died of "natural causes" on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at his home in the Los Angeles suburb of North Hollywood. The Brooklyn-born Rooney (as Joseph Yule Jr., on September 23, 1920) had reportedly been in ill health for some time. He was 93. Besides his countless movies, and numerous television and stage appearances, Mickey Rooney was also known for his stormy private life, which featured boozing and gambling, some widely publicized family infighting (including his testifying in Congress in 2011 about elder abuse), his filing for bankruptcy in 1962 after having earned a reported $12 million (and then going bankrupt again in 1996), his eight marriages — including those to actresses Ava Gardner, Martha Vickers, and Barbara Ann Thomason...

I've always thought people who had Disney-themed weddings were a little weird. But then I saw this couple's Haunted Mansion-themed wedding and changed my tune. These pictures are amazing, and it looks like the bride and groom (and their friends and family) went out of their way to recreate all the little details of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.
The invitations folded like like the gates outside the ride. The plaque that greets you on cracked columns outside of the ride were recreated to welcome people to the wedding. Hitchhiking ghosts provided decoration and directions to lost guests. They also decorated handmade place cards.
The wedding cake - created by the mother-of-the-bride - is a replica of the Disneyland mansion. The couple sat in front of a wall covered with the Mansion's infamous eyeball wallpaper, and the gallery of ghostly portraits from the hallway are secured behind replicas of the bat-topped stanchions...

Booze, blow, prostitutes, old ladies ... one of the hallowed traditions of the Wolf Pack is to save the sickest, most depraved debauchery for the end credits, and that noble heritage is upheld for this weekend's "The Hangover Part III."
While director Todd Phillips eschews his traditional still photograph montage, the bro excess is chronicled in a brief one-minute scene after the final credits have rolled for a minute or so. When last we saw Alan (Zach Galifianakis), he was about to walk down the aisle with his sassy lady love Cassie (Melissa McCarthy) ... but when they fade back up the house from his wedding is completely destroyed, stuff is on fire, there's a motorcycle lodged in the window, etc.
Phil (Bradley Cooper) wakes up with a raging headache mumbling, "What the f**k?" Alan and Cassie wake up looking confused, too. Doug (Justin Bartha), naturally,...

With three in the Director's Fortnight and one in the Main Comp for good measure, Films Distribution are making a significant contribution to Cannes this year – my money is on Katell Quillevere's Un Poison Violent (see pic above) but Wang Xiaoshuai, Jean-Stéphane Bron's doc on white collar crimes that hinder the working man and an immigrant tale gone wrong portrait from Olivier Masset-Depasse could make this a great year for the distributor. Something to look forward to in the near future: Yann Samuell's next effort.
