Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends at the sports track to learn all about running. With the help of his friends he discovers that the track they use isn't a train track, which animal his friends can run faster than and why you can't pass a lollipop in a relay race. Sportacus' super move of the day is running in place. Bessie Busybody and Mayor Meanswell give a news report about the first marathon. Stephanie dances to "No one is Lazy in LazyTown." The Mayor explains how to pass the baton to Stingy, and Sportacus accepts a challenge from Pixel to run around LazyTown in less than ten seconds.

Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends to learn all about jumping, tumbling and flipping in gymnastics! With their help he discovers all about gymnastics and that a banana split isn't the same a gymnastic split, what you eat can help give you energy for gymnastics and if it's easier to walk on your hands or on your feet. In the airship Sportacus demonstrates how to walk on your hands. Stephanie and Trixie make a pirate ship and race car out of SportsCandy. The Mayor gives Stingy advice about practicing to do the splits, and Sportacus shows kids how to do the Spider Stretch. Even Robbie Rotten gets into the action by trying to set a world record in walking on his hands.

With their help, Ziggy discovers that you can't use any kind of board to skateboard, that you don't need sticky shoes to help you and that it takes balance and confidence to do well. Sportacus demonstrates many different ways to do a push up. The origin of the skateboard is the subject of today's news report by Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody. Stephanie dances to "Techno Generation." The Mayor explains to Stingy how to skateboard the right way. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a one-armed hand stand, but first he has to eat some SportsCandy.

Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends at the zoo to learn about how animals sleep. Ziggy discovers that animals don't read bedtime stories, that some animals sleep upside down and that lions are one of the sleepiest animals ever. Sportacus demonstrates how to do his super move of the day, power stretches. Bessie falls asleep while trying to deliver the news and Mayor Meanswell gives a report about the importance of sleep. Stephanie demonstrates the dance moves for "Spooky song." Stingy was to sleep forever so he can dream about being a king forever. Pixel challenges Sportacus to hit a golf ball from the airship.

Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends to learn all about street soccer and soccer tricks. With their help he discovers that you don't need a street map for street soccer, that you can't practice soccer tricks with an orange and that the best way to get better at street soccer is to practice. Sportacus demonstrates soccer tricks in his airship. Stephanie shows Trixie how to make sport water. Stingy wants to drink one drop of water a day in order make a cup of water last for years. Sportacus and kids play with balloons. Robbie Rotten tries to set a world record by kicking three soccer balls at the same time.

Ziggy discovers that you 'play' instruments, that you can lots of fun with an invisible guitar and to make music sound really nice you need to practice. Jumping jacks are Sportacus' super move of the day. The top news story of the day is about musical instruments and causes a misunderstanding between Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody. Stephanie and friends do the dance for "When we play." Stingy and the Mayor practice playing the flute together. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a cool basketball trick.

Ziggy discovers that roller blades are not the only way to move fast, that you should always wear your helmet when you're on your bike and that you don't need to have strong legs to ride your bike well. Sportacus does the speed move. Mayor Meanswell gives a news report about the fastest animal while Bessie Busybody drops hints about her birthday. Stephanie and friends demonstrate the dance moves for the song "Energy." Stingy finishes his homework way too fast and wonders why he did poorly on his test. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do the helicopter move on the wall.

Ziggy discovers that books have letters in them but not the kind you post, that you can read books in different ways and that you can get books about all kinds of subjects. Sportacus does a floor twist for his super move of the day. Stephanie and Trixie eat SportsCandy to help them focus on their studying. In order to avoid wearing out his books, Stingy only reads every other page. Sportacus shows kids how to do the Sportacus move. Robbie Rotten attempts to set a world record in reading.

Ziggy discovers why penguins and polar bears can't ice skate, that you can't make an ice lolly out of an ice rink and how you stay upright without poles. Balance practice is Sportacus' super move of the day. Mayor Meanswell reports that scientists have found the oldest ice skates and Bessie Busybody confuses gates and skates. Stephanie dances to "Snow give me snow." Stingy wants to borrow the Mayor's mattress so he won't hurt himself when he goes ice skating. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a super mega jump.
