Former psychiatric patient Sasha Morozov returns home. But as a result of the outbreak of the virus, one remains - his sister, her husband and son quickly die. Sasha accidentally meets Nastya, her daughter Lisa and the girl's teacher Olya. They join forces to survive.

Psychiatrist Lavrova believes that Sasha Morozov can help the whole world. She knows where the Institute is. It's worth at least trying to get there.

Melnik and Tyson are fighting between their gangs, in which Melnik wins. The miller takes a fuel truck from Tyson. Shadrin and Tyson join forces to take his Melnik. Shadrin agreed with the military, who are designing the entrance and the city, that they will let them through the fuel truck. The group leaves, but at the last moment Shadrin decides to get rid of Tyson and throws him out of the car, he shoots him, but Tyson survives and remains unconscious in the snow. The group drives the fuel truck to the checkpoint, but the deal does not go according to plan, the special forces detain everyone, preventing them from leaving the city.
