I watched this out of a whim, precisingly and above all the presence of gorgeous Manu Rios (very brief presence, sadly) of whom I got acquainted for his work in "Elite" and
countless pictures of him available everywhere and he has an enormous presence that you can't look away - but I'll wait for the time when he appears on a feature or short film since
I'm not much into series. But for my surprise this promotional Netflix short was quite a delight thing to see.
The idea: actress Yolanda Ramos plays the title role of a tarot reader (taken from her Netflix show) who seduces her countless clients by presenting the upcoming Netflix
series of the moment, by that I mean Netflix Spain. So the many major stars from the shows appear in several humored cameos where they're all curious about their fate in such
shows and there's a whole secretive moment when we discover that the lady is fake, she's taking the position of the real tarotista. It's all played out in a funny manner and there's
even some small references to cinema classics. Too bad Manu only has like one or two scenes, all played way too quickly while other actors have more screen time (and he appears
with a whole group of people, it's quite hard to take a good look at him).
But he's not the main issue here, Netflix Spain projects are and it's all made out to seduce viewers in following everything that's about to get released - new shows, new seasons
and all. It sure looks cool and the right appeal is evidenced here with the cast presence along with a storyline where they can all be gathered. Bueno! 7/10.
