The movie was shot during the summer (of 2021), so Philippe Lacheau dreaded the scenes in full costume, as the Badman suit is heavy and thick. To make it bearable, the crew resorted to putting cold chamois leather inside the suit during shooting.
Originally, Philippe Lacheau wanted to spoof the Jason Bourne movies, with an actor having a car accident in the spy car used for the movie shoot, but he ended up finding the genre too dark for a comedy, so he switched genres and went for the superhero movie.
