When the smoke bomb goes off in the van, the back doors are open and Terry (on the drivers side) coughs out of his window. As the van drives around a corner in the next shot, all of the doors and windows are clearly closed.

When escaping from the retirement home, Andy uses a bundle of 3 hand grenades called "The Bitch" to blow up the zombies in the hallway. All three grenades have blue-painted spoons and a hole in the bottom, which marks them as training blanks used in military training.
The zombie Emma is seen killing with a shovel, disappears and reappears in between shots.

Near the end of the movie, Grand Father Cockney gets out of the boat to release the chain holding the boat to the shore, while he could have easily destroyed the lock on the other end of the chain which was tied on the deck of the boat. So he wont have to go to the danger zone.
