Let's start with the obvious. This was filmed on a budget of, I'm guessing, $10,000, and that production budgets shows on every frame. The camera looks like it was someone's phone (and a 2009 phone, not today's phones)!
Having said that, BRAVO to everyone involved. Most of these first effort cheap movies are just awful: predictable, pretentious, above all boring. This one is genuinely funny and certainly keeps you guessing as to what the heck is going to happen next.
So expect to laugh; expect to be amazed at the constant stream of strangeness (think John Waters on an extremely low budget); and be prepared for a "WTF just happened" at the end. It makes no sense, but you will want to keep watching till the credits!

I just watched Sparkle & Tooter on Amazon Prime. It's a funny premise with some hilarious moments, but I hope I never run into people this dumb, lol. Those actors are sure committed to their characters, and they get what they deserve. I know a bit about the lack of budget and how hard everyone worked to complete this movie. It's certainly an accomplishment and I hope the team makes the effort again to entertain with wit. The world needs more comedy right now, and Walt has a strong sense of the absurd, which is good therapy in a world gone mad.
