Young fashion designer Sienna Castle goes on vacation to Mexico, intending to buy affordable medication for her ill mother, but her trip takes a dangerous turn when complications arise during the drug purchase.

Young, beautiful and smart, Sienna Castle travels to Mexico to unwind and celebrate a fabulous job offer as a fashion designer.
