Finding a job you love is hard. For those with autism, it can feel impossible. When autistic adults attempt to enter the workplace, they are often met with skepticism of their abilities and potential. Alejandro is a sculptor who imagines creating an entire world of his own. Antonio is an aspiring filmmaker, and Ray is a wordsmith. All three of them attend a program in Tampa Florida called Autism Shifts that is working to change perceptions and start the next shift in the way employers and the community view autism..and achieve their goals.
