To pay for his late mother's mortgage, Watee, a.k.a. Tee, opens his house's rooms for rental to four college students who are also nicknamed "Tee" - T-Rex, Maitee, Teedo and Teedet - and later accepts an extra "Tee," Maetee.
Teedo finds a new girlfriend, but he is hesitant to ask her out for a date because of his aversion to chewing sounds. His fellow boarders team up to help Teedo deal with his girlfriend despite his misophonia.
The boarders work together to help Maetee rid himself of his extreme fear of ghosts. One day, Watee and the other boarders leave the house for each of their overtime work or appointments, leaving the cowardly Maetee home-alone.
Maetee resolves to overcome his phasmophobia as he stops treating his mother harshly. Teedet finds romance in a girl he considers not beautiful but whom he loves for who she is.
Alongside his hatred of good news, Maitee fears losing his mother who is fighting a grave illness. Watee remembers his childhood memories with Maitee, while the other boarders give Maitee the comfort he needs.
T-Rex reveals to Watee the reason why they both have the same exact full name. Filled with mixed emotions, Watee evicts all of the boarders and returns to his life of debt and solitude.
Watee reconciles with his father, T-Rex, and the other boarders. Watee and the five boarders celebrate the bond of friendship they have fostered since the beginning.
