In the scene where Eliot runs into the car driven by the two security guards, the passenger side door magically reopens. The two guys in the front seat both get out, you can see the passenger close his door and you hear the sound effect of two doors closing. Eliot and the two men start fighting. When the camera pans out, you see the passenger car door wide open.
Earnshaw is in the warehouse viewing the courtroom on video. She says to her assistant, "Who is that?" He asks, "Do you mean the guy talking to Vargas' lawyer?" The goof is that Hardison, Vargas' lawyer, isn't in the room yet. He and Nate walk into the courtroom later. It's noticeable because she really should want to know who's whispering with the plaintiff's lawyer.
The team finds the "jury foreman" has been bribed, however arguments are still being presented. The jury does not select a foreman until all arguments are completed and deliberation is to begin.
The mark Ms. Earnshaw (Lauren Holly), is purported to be a skilled chess player. However, in one scene she is seen moving a pawn diagonally, from one black square to another, without taking a piece, something pawns, by the rules, cannot do. However, Ms. Earnshaw demonstrates throughout the entire job that she never plays by the rules. Since she cheats in everything else, it's reasonable to assume that she cheats at chess.
Near the end, when Hardison is switching the "who wants pizza" audio to the verdict scene, the computer screen says "Audio compliation" rather than "Audio compilation".
The marks refer to Alice White as juror number 4. Moments later, Nate refers to her as juror number 6.
In the opening, Gloria Vargas turns off the whistling, steaming tea pot. Although the teapot is already hot and ready, Ernesto re-lights the stove under the tea pot.
