There are so many action movies, it's hard to get surprised by the plots anymore, but Get The Girl stands out. Without giving anything away, the leads are charismatic, funny, and poignant, the villains are played to PERFECTION, and the action sequences are not only quite impressive, they have a fresh mix of humor and skill. The script delivers many clever moments that stay with you with a supporting cast that looks like they're having just as much fun as I did watching it. If you enjoy movies like "Transporter", "Bullet Train", "The Losers", and "The Equalizer", make sure to check out this film. Oh, the soundtrack is FIRE!!!!

Great date night movie with the girlfriend! The pacing kept us on the edge of our seat. The jokes landed perfectly as we laughed aloud several times. The movie is serious when needed and the character motivations are really felt through great acting from an amazing cast. Each character was unique and the dialog seemed natural. The action was realistic and there was plenty of it! I like that it focuses more on moving the plot along than forcing romance or unnecessary scenes. The music choices also fits each scene.

I highly recommend watching this and can't wait to see what this cast and writer does next.

This film really took me by surprise! It is so freshly entertaining and exciting! I didnt' expect all too much of it going in, but I was at the edge of my seat right from the start!!! You're taken for a thrill-ride the entire time! Really no dull moments! The Action is stunningly shot (No one is phoning it in!) The story, cinematography and acting are equally Stellar! The film is so well done on all levels; especially with the budget that they had. As a matter of fact this is a better film than many of the big budget movies out there! It's way up there! At no time was I reminded that this has been created by a first time filmmaker! All super PRO! You'll feel refreshed too! I just had a SMIRK ON MY FACE THE ENTIRE FILM!

We went to see get the girl in theaters for the full film experience, and it was a ride! The story embarks down a heartfelt story, where multiple characters are building relationships based off a cruel world of terrible circumstances. One aspect focuses on the relationship between a gun for hire and his new protégé, and another a revenge story of a woman trying to escape the clutches of a mafia trafficking organization. Both stories intertwine and it allows for the viewers to really feel the weight of these characters lives. We hope for their happiness, but also understand that the world has taken a toll on them, and there may be no true respite for them in the end. No spoilers but this action story will take you on a ride into the world we despise exists, but will feel for anyway.

I absolutely loved the movie. It kept me on the edge of my seat. It was hilarious acting natural. The characters were well written. The production quality was really great. The scenes flowed the editing was clean. I am extremely proud to have seen your growth. Can't wait to see the next project.

G R E A T Watch.

The lead guy was such a natural. He really made me laugh out loud. Sure, it's an independent film with a smaller budget, but the writing and smooth, chivalry and effortless delivery made me really enjoy the experience. He's a ballsy hero with a heart of gold and a sense of humor. There were funny bits with a whole lot of ass kicking too, so I was rather impressed and pleased.

Oh ya, the bad guy was such a douchebag, but he was also hilarious! I love how they shot him and I loved to hate him.

The ladies did a great job too. I was rooting for them, loved and hated, or was annoyed by them depending on the character, of course.

"Get The Girl" follows a compelling and action-packed storyline that's easy to get behind and enjoy. Director/Writer/Actor, Chris Jai Alex's storytelling skill shines through as the plot unfolds, blending elements of action, drama, revenge, and humor seamlessly. The character development is well-crafted, particularly with the lead actors, Chris himself as Bash, where he presents as a stoic and ordinary guy but turns out to be a deadly and heroic wise assassin in a believable and engaging manner, and his beautiful and equally dangerous assassin-in-training co-star, Renee, played by Kayla Eva. The narrative keeps you invested from start to finish. Bash and Renee were a dynamic double the trouble duo! I likened it to a slight cross between "Mr. And Mrs. Smith" and "Smokin' Aces" as it was a wild and fun (Mr. Fun) ride with memorable characters, a plot that pulls you in, and nonstop action!

It's worth noting that Chris Jai Alex deserves immense praise for his multifaceted role in the creation "Get The Girl." Not only did he excel in front of the camera as our fearless protagonist, but his direction behind the camera and writing skills were equally impressive and on display. Chris has created a film that is a true reflection of his artistic vision and dedication to the craft of filmmaking.

To conclude, "Get The Girl" is a must-watch film that excels in action, boasts an outstanding soundtrack from the opening Desperado-like score to hits like "Look Doe" from rapper ATO Worldwide, offers a compelling storyline, and delivers witty and well-timed comedic lines throughout. Chris Jai Alex's talent shines through in every aspect of the film, making it a standout piece of cinema that will leave audiences thoroughly entertained and impressed.

Very impressive film from a talented team. The fact that this level of quality was able to be produced independently is nothing to sneeze at. The fight choreography is intense, and serves as one of the major strengths and hi-lights of the film. Chris Jai Alex and his stunt team put in solid work, with nary a weak-link to be seen in any of the sequences. They're well shot and never outstay their welcome. Each villain plays their part quite well, and you find yourself not only looking forward to seeing them taken down, but in what way. There's always some very good comedy here as well, but never anything that feels too forced or jeopardizes the tension, and the accompanying score does a great job of enhancing the experience.

I really enjoyed this film! It's very well shot, the story is intriguing and Chris Jai Alex plays a good troubled hero... Sean Patrick Flannery is unbelievable as the grotesquely funny 'Mr. Fun'... and Sophie Norman was freakin' awesome as the insidious Silk... there's a lot of unexpected humor for example with Shaun Piccicino as Charlie Boy in his trailer that provides light moments... I'm a little biased because I know the filmmaker, but I didn't know I was going to like it as much as I did and am very impressed with how well it came together... all the hard work I saw him put in very much paid off... definitely recommend!!

When I found out that writer/director/actor Chris Jai Alex made this film out of his own pocket I was blown away! The quality of the content, the performances and the blistering action is something you would see only from big budget studio movies.

Chris as the lead character, "Bash," was at once engaging, endearing and baddass! Sean Patrick Flanery was a boatload fun as "Mr. Fun." You can tell he was having a blast as the film's "big bad!"

But Sofie Norman as the psychotic henchwoman. "Benadette" comes close to stealing the show with her unhinged performance. She was truly terrifying!

All in all "Get the Girl" was a blast from start to finish! I can't wait to see what's next from Chris Jai Alex!

This was a really lovely film. I didn't go into it was expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Nice work! The acting was solid, and the characters were really fun to watch. I thought it was put together nicely and had really fun action sequences.

This film had a very diverse cast and it was a pleasure to watch in the theatre. I was impressed with the movie poster too!

Chris Jai Alex really brought a great group together to execute his vision in this poignant and powerful story about sex trafficking. After seeing this, I hope to see many more films from this man. He really pulled it all together and packaged this labor of love so incredibly well.

A lot of time work and effort went into this movie from this first time writer director Chris Jai Alex.

Has been great to see the script take shape and be developed into a full length feature film and now available to see on the big screen. Well done. Look forward to seeing more from this director.

Me being an Australian actress I really think it was different seeing how an American brilliant mine worked LOL I'm kind of making fun of my friend, but in all honesty, it was much better than I had anticipated, and I'm really just excited to see how he grows as a filmmaker, CJ, you'd better put me in your next Film :)

Without giving too much away, there's definitely a ? Next to be on the screen chemistry you'll know what I mean when that part happens, but it's hilarious and I think it paid off.

It amazes me that all the cast really pulled together to get a lot done and you can see everyone really wanted to be there. I don't know how they got to this quality of Film because I've seen share of Indies but they really put love into this Film . I'm so so proud and I'm singing praises all the way from Australia for my friend Chris Jai . Congratulations to the cast.

I had fun watching the film The story started a bit slow but when it picked up, I couldn't stop watching

Bash is a very likable character although he kills people, that's not easy to do. I think Chris Jai Alex did a great job with that.

I really think they did a good job and even though it's an Indy movie you can tell they really had fun making this film

I think the brown haired lady who played Kali was amazing I looked around to see if she's in any other movies but I think this was her first Hollywood film and she did a great job

The villain was also very very good. I think she's Swedish, but her American accent was flawless She did a great job

I know to do an action film is difficult and the big fight at the end between Ray and Silk was very great and so interesting. It reminded me of The bathroom scene in True Romance

My only suggestion would be to turn down the music in a couple of places, English is not my first language, so I had trouble following in one or two cents but it didn't make me not enjoy the film, just a very slight adjustment. Otherwise I would've given this Film perfect score.

Looking forward to seeing what Chris Jai Alex does next.

Great films!

If you're a fan of action and comedy, this one is definitely for you. With a roster of characters to cheer for and to hate, everyone will definitely have a different fav character. The main bad guy is ridiculous and had me laughing almost everytime he was on the screen and with a name like Mr. Fun, how could I not?! It all very much reminds me of the older action comedies from the 90's when things were just fun. That's something missing in most films today, they're all so serious. So this is a throwback to the era of simply having a fun time! So yep, the film is totally a must watch. Check it out!
