Dukey Flyswatter best known as the front man for Horror punk band Haunted Garage & cult movie actor featured in Hollywood chainsaw hookers ,Surf Nazis must die & Blood Diner during a phone call with Scarlet Fry called his prior film Junkfood Horrorfest which inspired the movies title and was credited with a special thanks. Dukey and Scarlet later both appeared in Tromas Grindsploitation.
This film received Worldwide publicity because it featured Alice Cooper's daughter Calico Cooper in her first speaking role. The film also featured a song by Alice Cooper Guitarist Ryan Roxie called Psycho Fighter.
Scarlet Fry's Junkfood Horrorfest was released first in the Decrepit crypt of Nightmares 50 pk in 2007 . it was also released on the Psychopaths and Maniacs Compilation in 2013 both pictured above.
