"Guitar Hero Encore: Rock The 80's" (wow just saying the name of this "GH" gave me a headache), must be the worst Guitar Hero game ever made. I'm not really saying that it is awful, but just the makers' of this game's effort made me sick to my stomach. No doubt about it that the play-list is pretty good, but the graphics in this game are just very poor. All the game is, is "Guitar Hero II" but replaced with 80's music. Also the characters' wardrobe were changed to flamboyant, neon-glowing, clothes. as for the Venues, not changed at all. Any new characters? Nope, not one. I heard that this was Harmonix last game with Activision and Red Octane before they went to the "Rock Band" franchise. All I have to say about Harmonix is, "Good-bye and don't come back!" I know that I always said I want Graveyard BBQ in another GH game but I am very happy that they weren't in this game.
Overall, save your money by just watching the game play on YouTube.
