I watched this series due to the interesting poster in the beginning and I must say I started enjoying the first few episodes. However, the feeling of liking it was still questionable. Why? To be honest, the story itself was not something new for those who like romantic dramas, but there was something in this show that got me hooked on. There were some characters I really appreciate with their good acting skills, such as Asena and Biricik, they definitely succeeded at making us hating their characters every time they appeared on screen.

The ending, again, like other low rating dramas, didn't have a good ending. There're many things left unanswered. This is something that I dislike about Turkish shows. Many shows have to get cancellation if they get low rating. I don't know, but somehow they are absolutely concerned with ratings. So you all can imagine how the ending to this show was.

It is an interesting plot, many stories are left to be developed and spice it up more .Female and male leading stars have chemistry and all cast is really of a high level. The trailer of the upcoming 4th episode shows a very fascinating lay out.Enjoy it is my recommendation without hesitation

This series is fabulous! The cast, specially our love couple Selim and Serra. Please bring this drama series back!

If you take a look at social media you will see people keep hating on the show just because they think it is a copy paste of Feriha,in fact it is not the plot is way too interesting and one of its kind.Each character is complex and has many hidden secrets which are unfolding in every episode, with a touch of love and affection. It is based on the "departures of loved ones"because of that their left side (Sol Yanim) always bleeds as their half of the body is gone.I will highly recommend you to watch it you will definitely love it one of the most beautiful and deep series I have ever watched.Mark my words you will never feel bored once while watching it because at one point you will be laughing and shipping your favorite couples and suddenly you'll be crying on their past and secrets.

Nice love story but same cliche drama happen. Typical misunderstanding problem. Overall time pass show

Flawed character development with the two lead roles. Serra's character is always angry and she overreacts constantly. It's irritating and makes it hard to root for her. It's also difficult to empathize with Selim because you never get a real feel for him. He's so flat. His interactions with Serra at this point don't have much chemistry. I feel like with Burak you at least know what he's about. You understand his emotions.

When I started watching this drama series, I really stop watching! This drama is fab! We love Sol Yanim and our Fav Couple Selim Serra. We really want more seasons of Sol Yanim. The cast, couple Selim Serra, etc are so amazing! Really can't wait for more! It's our request. Please Bring Sol Yanim Back with our Fav Couple Serra Selim!

This drama was such a gem with great potential. It ended too abruptly, many questions left unanswered. There are so many plots left unexplored. I loved the romance even though I got a bit lost in it but I loved how the psychological mindset of people was explored. I hope there is season 2 but I doubt it.

I really enjoy watching this series, both the story and the actors are great, I always find it interesting for the entire episodes durations. I really hope they continue because it is a great series.

The more I watch it the darker it gets...moreover I don't like the character of the Male protagonist though I know there must be an explanation to his depressed personality... all over it is interesting to watch but sometimes it feels like you are watching a horror movie with a lot of jump scares..you expect them...get disappointed and watch further... it is quite slow for my personal taste... I have watched only two Turkish series so far and this is the third one...not the best bc I'm expecting more...I know something will be unfolding soon...I so dont want to be disappointed... sometimes it feels like you can predict the sub plots...I mean I think that the diamond businessman is the father of Serra that's why he is protecting her...

Sol Yanim had some interesting story lines, was becoming interesting, but suddenly fell flat with an abrupt ending. The lead female, though gorgeous, appeared emotionless most of the time. I was hoping for more.

This series is an absolute cringe because the storyline was lousy since the beginning. Starting from the character of Selim who was nothing but a typical manchild who clung onto Serra as she was different from the usual girls he hooked up with and became that one toxic controlling lover who wanted Serra to babysit him all the time. Then comes the character of Serra who initially came across as a headstrong girl but then easily hooks up with Selim and then realized she actually can't love him but can sleep with him easily. Not to forget the nauseous relationship between Selim and Idil (his therapist); where at first Selim shares a friend with benefits kind of relationship with her then straight away ignores her when he gets Serra and when he breaks up with Serra so he goes to Idil for therapy/help (literally giving Mr.grey from 50 shades of grey type vibes). All in all, the characters were written out poorly and on top of that actors playing them also failed to convey anything significant except for the actors playing the role of Biricik, Burak, Asena, Nilgun, and Barbaros. Also, both Ozge and Tolga are beautiful but they are terrible at acting and highly overrated as actors, and that's what made the entire SerSel track even more cringe-worthy. Anyone who calls this show something unique, great and refreshing is simply exaggerating. As someone who has seen shows like Kurt ve Sura, brave and beautiful, ask 101, Atiye, the protector from Turkey I found this show extremely exaggerated.

The whole show was great but I am only disappointed with the ending because it not at all interesting as it lefts a lot of questions behind it. That's why I am hoping for another season.

Sol yanim is a show with a multi-layered interesting story and a fantastic cast. The characters are very well thought and thr actors playing them have done a fantastic job. This show stars Ozge, Tolga, Emre etc and all of them are playing their parts so well. Serra and Selim are both remarkably strong characters who have the potential to become the ideal on-screen couple. A lot of people have been comparing this show to Feriha but as someone who has watched both I would say they're nut at all similar. Despite being a huge Feriha fan, I would say that so far Sol Yanim has been way better. They have a kickass female lead who is a breath of fresh air and the male lead is a misunderstood person who actually is a very good, kind-hearted person. Both of them have gone through a lot in their pasts and I'm very excited to watch them heal each other. They've also dealt with very important issues If you're looking for a show with a great story, great cast and great chemistry then Sol Yanim is the show for you!

A highly overrated show with cringe acting by the leads. Selim looked constipated majority of the times while Serra was like a plastic doll.

This show has so much growth and potential! I love the chemistry between tolga and Ozge.

Why has this series ended after 12 episodes? And very abruptly as well. Please tell me it hasn't been canceled and there won't be a continuation! All the good series seems to end like this and the silly ones continue into oblivion. with more than 100 episodes. Please bring it back!

Just a typical boring drama. Main leads' visuals are great but their portrayal are boring and dull especially the female lead. She has one facial expression all throughout the episodes. I managed to watch the show because of the 2nd female lead, Cemre Baysel. She's so gorgeous and can act really well.

Yes It's a poor girl vs rich bad boy falling for each other but there is a twist and something special about it and the chemistry is out of this world they are so good looking !

Please don't close this series. Every Friday I wait the English subtitles episode of this series.love a lot from india

A worn out traditional story, I think most of the high ratings were because the casts are pretty lol. And I do not believe that there are those who demand another part. What is this superficiality of opinions?

This is one of the best show that I am watching. Serra and selim look so nice with each other.if you are not watching then I would recommend you to give it a try.Trust me you will love it.
