Contrary to popular belief, neither George nor Watto ever made a Harold Team at the former home of the live version of this show, The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York.
Watto wears a custom yarmulke with his name "WATTO" bedazzled in rhinestones on it. This was originally created for his one-Toydarian show, "Watto 'bout Me?" one of the final live performances ever at UCB in New York City on March 6, 2020.
Prior to his sidekick gig on The GLTS, Watto the Toydarian lost ownership of a boy in a podracing bet.
At the 2019 New York Comic Con showing of The GLTS, George unleashed Billy Dee Williams's 1991 cologne "Undeniable" into the panel room. At a subsequent regular showing at UCB, George described the incident as akin to biological warfare due to the overwhelming smell.
