When Steve is on the floor and being tended to, we can see the bandage on his head is folded on the close-ups, and not folded when seen from the second view.
When flying in the storm, one engine of the plane catches fire and is then shut down by the pilots. In several following shots, the engine can be seen working normally.
While on the tarmac at the airport, as the camera pans, you see the mountains in the distance. Florida has no mountains.
