"I Am Gen Z" is an exceptionally powerful and compelling film based on in-depth research. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

As an educator, this film has helped me better understand the students sitting in front of me in the classroom, which translates to my becoming a better teacher. As a citizen of the world, it helps me understand problems that are growing exponentially across the globe, which translates into plans for how we as global citizens can respond to all our betterment.

I found this a really interesting watch. Insightful and showed a perspective that I hadn't seen before. I felt quite emotional at some of the insights shared by the Gen Z members in the film. Great music and editing as well.
This important film presents many aspects of the impact of technology on Gen-Z in particular. While those from Gen-Z may say "I know all this", the audience who will likely get the most from it are the parents and relatives of this cohort. Viewed with an open mind, it facilitates the exploration some of the issues our society faces.

This documentary highlights issues that I've had to go through being Generation Z. It gives an unbiased
look at mental health issues that have grown over time with those who have grown up with technology. Being someone who is on social media all the time, this documentary hits the nail on the head from what I've experienced. I want to thank everyone who made this international documentary! I really do think everyone needs see it.

An accurate way to portray issues as a gen Z from the struggle and not criticism, examining points like constant surveillance, reward systems, changes of behaviour by juxtaposing voices of specialists with Genz's.
It's very easy to fall into criticising gen z for an excessive use of social media and many analyse the results but this documentary also looks for its roots with interesting insight from different areas.
