Trivia
Originally conceived as a horror anthology feature film composed by three shorts and a wrap-around. "Madison" ultimately was the only episode that was actually produced and released. The other segments ("Cassidy", about a mystery birthday party, to be directed by Ellie Cornell and "Jessica", about a phone prank gone awry, to be directed by Heather Langenkamp) were never filmed and the project was never finished.
