For all the snow scenes, the sound department heavily underestimated the cold weather and therefore had to borrow warm clothes from other departments during filming.
The film was originally written as a short film. After completing the shortfilm it was also rewritten as a full length feature. The movie has two versions one as shortfilm and one as full length feature.
In one scene towards the end of the film where Ibrahim Tunc throws up, he actually did. He accomplished this through drinking large amounts of orange juice off camera in between takes.
