Goofs
In the first episode, Riiko names model 01, knight, because he will protect her. However, Riiko makes him a scarf with the initial "N." Therefore, throughout the series, he is called, "Night," In addition, in the last episode, when Soshi stumbles upon the robot manual, it reads that 01 is part of the "Nightly Series."

Fun to Watch Robot Romance

This is titled "My Absolute Boyfriend" on Viki. An older drama from 2008, but still fun to watch, I actually liked main male cast MIZUSHIMA HIRO the best who played the executive - chef who was the robot's rival. The robot itself was a fun character to watch and the actor playing him did a good job which must be hard to bring a robot to life and be lovable but still have robot characteristics at the same time. I liked the development of the romance with the rival and you know from the beginning who the FL is going to have to choose - after all, is she really going to have sex with the robot as it keeps suggesting? Let's face it - so the question is how is the robot going to be killed off in the end - that's the question, and of course you love him and don't want to see anything happen to him. So depending on how your emotions are it could be a tear jerker for some people to watch. I did like the ending to the romance story.
