The scene with a beer tap left on is a reference to an actual incident which happened at a WeWork space. A friend who was visiting a workspace member accidentally broke the head off a beer tap but didn't tell anyone, walking away and ignoring it. Beer flooded the entire workspace and saturated the non-WeWork retail space below.
