While creating “Mythic Journeys,” we realized that, as artists, we actually have a responsibility for what we put out into the world. As with all art, you cannot contain it. Art is meant to be shared and experienced by others.
We get our greatest satisfaction from the connection our film makes with the audience. The film is our voice, and we chose to create a message that will effect change in a positive way.
Inspiration for the film came after we had spent a couple of years looking for a new name and direction for our company. We felt if we were going to grow as artists and as a production company, we would need to reach outside of our comfort zone. This meant networking, learning to play well with others and knowing when to ask for help. So those were goals we set for ourselves before the project even began.
