This flim is a brilliant flim , Kayal Anandhis Kamali From Nadukkaveri Is a good flim , her acting is very Excellent . In this flim , there is a message for Students . In this flim , rest of the actors did their part very well . This movie is A Family Blockbuster Movie . Family Audience should watch this flim . Must Watchable , My rating for this flim is 5/5 . Songs & bgm are nice .
Brilliant acting from Anandhi. A simple woven story, without soaking into traditional love. A puppy infatuation leading to a sense of realization. Heart warming story telling. The songs are heartrendering. Forget the questionable logical flaws which is projected in movies in general. Do watch the movie and flow with it. You will definitely come out finishing with a genuine smile.

Such an inspirational movie. Anandhi did an extraordinary acting. She deserves a lot of award. I felt completely immersed into the movie going through my college days. Kudos to the director & the entire team of Kamali from nadukkaveri

A movie like this makes me to get back to watching the Tamil films. That's what I like in the Indian cinema, the Parallel cinema. In the recent time, this kinda of films ruling with the better recognition. So for me, it was the best find among those.
Nothing wrong to call it the Indian version of the 2015 Japanese film, 'Flying Colours'. This story focused even more on its depth. More importantly, it was more Indian, with how narration panned out and transition of the each level of the story progress.
Very motivational film. A must see by the students. The story divides into scenario, where the first half was set in the backdrop of a rural, while the remaining were in contrast to that. The end was good. With some edge nerve moment.
I liked the cast and their performances. The script and the music too. The only drawback was from the technical aspect of the film, the typical Tamil movie style sound editing which drowned the realistic touch of the storytelling. Otherwise, or it won't bother once you are into the story and the characters.
I already recommended it to a few people I know. So far one of the best films from the year 2021. I hope it will get recognised to the wide stream of audience all across the globe.
10/10.

Very great motivational film for girls. Great appreciation to the director for his film making and his fabulous script. Kayal Ananthi stole the entire show with her dynamic performance. Perfectly crafted. Outstanding Cinematography with eye-catching visuals on both city and village areas. Everyone have given their extraordinary work. Standing ovation to the entire team of Kamali from Nadukaveri. Very very good product. An identity to Tamil Cinema..
Very very very good movie.. Don't miss to watch in theatres!

Why can't people make good movies that point out the wrongs of the education system. In this movie the 'protagonist' memorises everything and yet people call her successful in this movie. Huh for this BS why are people voting it 10/10. India is the only country in this world that has an entrance exam to become a doctor or an engineer. Seriously guys.

Superb movie!! Absolutely perfect!! Need second part please.
THE FILM IS A GREAT LOVE AND MOTIVATIONAL STORY. ITS A FAMILY MOVIE TOO.
Storyline becomes so easy to produce desired result for leading lady. To me it seems like a plot hole. Rohit saraf was not in comfortable zone i think. It feels he was struggling in between artificial acting and natural acting!

In this globalized world dominated by technology, how does an innocent girl from the middle of nowhere in Tamil Nadu find her place under the sun? Entertainment is not always synonymous with a complicated plot. The journey of empowerment of a middle class girl, rooted in local family and cultural traditions, negotiating her fulfillment through swathes of uncertainty (i.e., areas of knowledge, English and city life) is definitely worth the ride. Can one attempt IIT to find the prince of one's heart? It was said that Kate Middleton had a poster of Prince Williams in her boarding school dormitory before she actually met him at St. Andrew's university. What metamorphosis does the home-made Cinderella undergo when her fantasy gets transmuted into aspiration?
Apart from the treatment of gender discrimination in education, what makes this movie memorable is the certainly the music (the lyrics, the composition and the voices of all the four songs are pleasant and sophisticated and blend seamlessly into the story). The reference to Thiru Valluvar's kural extolling effort is redolent of the soil. The "mise en abyme" of the power of images through the incorporation of television reporting is subtle.
The inter IIT quiz at the end is a bit longish and the heroine calling her grandmother Kizhavi is somewhat jarring for Tamil speakers. Otherwise, the cast, the cinematography as well as the editing are perfect. After Oru Thalai Ragam, a successful campus movie and a welcome relief from violence.

Everything is picture perfect; Awareness and educational movie in an unorthodox and lovely format. Azhagam Perumal's acting is extraordinary, he reflects the every single father who are proud of their daughters; Prathap Pothen as usual acted very gracefully; Anandhi is charming and smart; All the characters including her brother, her friend in her village and of course Imman Annachi are awesome; I assure that you will get a real inspiration after watching this brilliant portrait; I really appreciate the director Rajasekar Duraisamy for giving us a feel good, lovely and a stimulating movie;
Haven't seen any Tamil movie like this one off late ..stupendous movie and ambitious director.
It's an inspirational story & clean presentation, loved various parts of the movie and direction. We need more such student & value based movies.
I was eagerly waiting to watch this movie and finally saw it with all my family members 3 times. A very simple and good central theme handled pretty well.
Anandi and Prathap Pothen excelled in their roles. The young and agile student Kamali from a small village Nadukkaveri gets coached to get a high rank in IIT JEE and join IIT Madras - Computer Science program.
Her love for a fellow student and her distraction from studies is excellently handled. Kamali's realization of the value of education at IIT is shown as a guidance to all parents and teachers working with students.
The last part of the film is handled very weakly. Kamali, now a highly competitive and hard working student is shown as a weakling falling back to emotional submission. There was no need for such a portrayal.
Kamali used to read news papers to her father every day - this gave her strong General Knowledge foundation. Her class mate and friend Valli (Srijaa Priyadarshini) is the most memorable of all the other roles. Kamali's family had played a major role to the overall narrative of the story.
The last part of quiz could have highlighted how the various people around the main character have contributed. The closing showing Kamali gracefully recalling all her friends and family along with mentor would leave a strong personality for the main character.

#kamalifromnadukkaveri a superb movie, though the story line is a one liner, director Rajasekhar duraiswamy has made an wonderful piece of work.

- The director is a genius in emotional intelligence. Most of the movies will generally make someone look bad/negative to highlight a lead character. But in this motivational movie everyone just played their natural human self-centric behaviour role and it showed how the lead character Kamali is overcoming this with hardwork.
- Amazing performance by Kayal Anandhi and all the kids in my family/friends circle loves Kamali character very much. The kids and including elders watched this movie atleast 10 times.
- A Tamil movie about education that doesn't confuse the students with Anti-System, Anti-Caste, Anti-Religious, biased-Political ideology and opinionated views.
- Something we missed to watch in theatre due to pandemic.
