The actress has now expressed gratitude as the film opened to great reviews from the audience and critics alike. Sharing the reason behind giving a nod to the film, Raashii said, “I have worked in ‘Aranmanai 3’, so, I signed ‘Aranmanai 4’ without a script or narration. I had faith in our director Sundar C. He is the master of the horror-comedy genre, and I just dived in with that faith. When a filmmaker is so clear about what he wants, it becomes very easy for the actors. We just had to follow his vision. It was the easiest set to be on.”

On Wednesday, the sixth day after its release, Aranmanai 4 took a minimal drop of around 7%. It started the week on Monday with 3.65 crore, took a 6.8% drop, collected 3.40 crore on Tuesday, and finally registered a further 7% drop, earning 3.15 crore on Wednesday.
