Following the local success of his 2007 hit horror comedy ‘Zombi Kampung Pisang,’ Malaysian director Mamat Khalid is back with a sequel Hantu Kak Limah Balik Rumah (aka the not overly punchy ‘Back Home with the Ghost of Mak Limah’), another tale of the ghostly goings on in Banana Village, the inhabitants of which always seem to be on the verge of meeting a bloody end at the hand of something supernatural…with teeth. If we’re honest Zombi Pisang was hugely over the top campy nonsense, but at the same time great fun, and by the looks of the new movies trailer this latest offering won’t be any different.
