They'll take back your uncool heart to protect peace. One day cool director Piyoshi Kurosawa offers Phantomirage a sparkling big role. That's right, if this is the case, let's make everyone's heart flutter through the movie. However, Reverse Police's SakaSama found him. Kumachii appears holding a countdown, revealing a key hole and the Phantomirage. The girls welcome the audience, asking them to sing, dance and cheer along. Seira introduces the Kizuna perfume, asking them to keep it safe. Kokomi cues the beginning.

The narrator excitedly asks if we (the audience) know what's most popular right now, the Secret Heroine's Phantomirage. As he speaks, the Phantomirage sprint down the road but Kokomi turns back to a vegetable stall where she receives some cherry tomatoes from the owner. In a flash, Kokomi eats the entire thing much to the owner's shock. She is formally introduced as she says "delicious" with her mouth full. Kumachii pleads for her to hurry or they'll lose the Ikenaier. Following suit, Kumachii is introduced. Saki returns for Kokomi and says that her stuffed face has "completely started" and she is formally introduced. Finally, Yotsuba and Seira are introduced. The four gather and head towards the Ikenaier. The Ikenaier is "Oshiripuripuriya". The Ikenaier dances much to the amusement of the onlookers who are then affected by the Ikenai power and begin to follow his actions though they don't want to. The three Reverse Police members arrive and are introduced but are also infected by the Ikenaier's actions. The Phantomirage appear as they throw their warning card on the Ikenaier, ultimately transforming. The Ikenaier begins his "puripuri" motion but not wanting to lose, the girls copy but the girls outshine him. While he is dismayed, the girls summon the Phantomi Trick and defeat him. Those affected thank the Phantomirage for saving them while the Reverse Police are devastated for losing again. Using the "open key", the four disappear but before they are able to, it starts to rain and they are stopped by a random man who compliments them. They ask who he is but he is upset that they don't know. However, Spade knows exactly who he is, director Piyoshi Kurosawa. He is dramatically introduced while the other three remain confused, Spade begins to excitedly speak of how he has made movies famous across the world. The others compliment Spade for knowing such detailed information. He says how he's happy that the Phantomi Spade and begins to speak of how is a big fan of the Phantomirage, saying of his wishes to make a movie with Phantomirage as the main characters. They are happily surprised while the Reverse Police are shocked. He asks the four if they want to be in a movie, the four happily agreeing. Detective Abekobe and Officer Magyaku say how excited they are while Chief Gyanne wants to appear in it. Suddenly, Kokomi gets a flash on what the title should be. They formally introduce the movie.

>At a press conference, an interviewer asks what kind of movie is going to be made with the Phantomirage however just as Director Kurosawa is about to answer, he is interrupted by the interviewer asking for the Phantomirage to answer it. This causes his assistant to laugh at him as he sulks in the corner. Saki says she wants to make "a completely perfect" movie, Seira says "A Phantomi like movie", Yotsuba continues with "A movie you want to watch with your loved ones" and Kokomi wants to make a movie where everyone's heart flutters.

The girls watch their video on Me Tube and awe at how many views it has. Sarai says she wants to watch the movie. Umeno sneaks in and asks Sarai if she is referring to the Phantomirage movie, to which he reveals a ticket. They are shocked at how he already has a ticket as he explains that although it was difficult to get he managed to get it. As a hologram, Phandy appears. He says that it's obvious he needs to be in the movie too because 5 is better than 4. He exclaims that his brother is the Jun Oguri, a famous actor whose real name is actually Phanguri. He says he too wishes to be like him, Kokomi wearily asks that if he appears, will he do his best. Kumachii suddenly says that although 5 is good, 6 is better than 5. They ask if he wants to appear too. Yotsuba worries if it'll go well.

Director Kurosawa says "his movie will burn", the girls immediately burned by his passion. He asks them what kind of movie they want made. Heart says she wants to make a cool movie about cool heroine, Naoki Fanzawa. (Naoki Hanzawa). Director Kurosawa says it's a good idea but his assistant finds that he has heard that from somewhere. Just then, Spade thinks of an idea, a housekeeper who has found the Phantomirage. (Kaseifu wa Mita). Director Kurosawa thinks it's good but his assistant thinks it sounds familiar too. Director Kurosawa thinks both are good as he tries to find inspiration, he scans the girls and looks everywhere for ideas. For hours he ponders and his assistant says that he'll think of the idea. He reveals to them that there were Girl Heroine's before them. Just then Fumiaki comes in, they wonder who he is as he introduces himself. The two introduce the previous Heroine's, beginning with Miracle Tunes. Following after, they introduce Magimajopures. The assistant sadly says that the heroine's haven't been seen but Fumiaki says that he's sure that they're active somewhere else in the world. Heart says she wants a movie like Miracle Tunes that sing and dance cutely and a movie like MagimajoPures that fight coolly. They wonder how they fight when there is no Ikenaier. He shows a movie titled "Shinobi no Ninja", the others are excited about a movie with ninjas. They all excitedly squeal but suddenly lose sight of the director. They find him in the corner as he worries. The Phantomirage tell him that's "It's alright", immediately they tell the audience to sing and dance too. "Daijoubu" plays with Seira in the corner. Kumachii sulks in the corner, disappointed that he won't appear. They ask Director Kurosawa if a bear like character can appear, Seira begins to draw him out show an example. Inspired, Director Kurosawa agrees. Kokomi talks to her dad through a picture, trying to encourage herself.

At the Reverse Police's lair, the others are excited about the movie but Gyanne clarifies that she wants to be in the movie. SakaSama appears and tells them to infiltrate the movie set. The four look around the movie set and awe at the ninja's around the place. The assistant heads to them saying they can't be there, Kokomi almost accidentally reveals their identity but Saki interrupts her. Kokomi reveals they're there on a tour. They find a gigantic fan used for the movie that can knock people away easily. He stands in front of it and the girls immediately copy him.

Director Kurosawa is busy with the film set when the Phantomirage throw a warning card to alert their entrance before transforming. Heart says that their story will begin from then as "Koisuru Kamo" begins to play.

Director Kurosawa comes in with a burning passion and talks about why he wants to make a Phantomirage movie. He saw them purify the Ikenaiers, doing their best and he too wished to do the same. He exclaims the beginning of the filming but suddenly proclaims that he needs to go pee. The assistant introduces the cast, Princess Hana, the Ninja's, and the story. Detective Abekobe and Officer Magyaku reverse arrest Director Kurosawa into "Hennaeigatoruya" (shoot a weird movie) as he is about to return to the set. He returns unknown to the others that he isn't his usual self.

They begin shooting the first scene but the director is left unsatisfied, wanting to redo the scene again since it lacked heat but this time, he makes them wear chonmage and speak in an ancient dialect. He is satisfied but the others wonder why. They try to shoot the scene where they attack the ninja's, again not satisfied, they reshoot the scene with toy monkeys and radish which Seira tears in half instead of their usual items. He shows his satisfaction while the others find it weird. They finally realize he became an ikenaier after spotting the glove but suddenly from the distance, a large Kumachii like bears makes an appearance. They remember that it was Diamond who drew the bear and realizes it looks exactly alike. He introduces himself as the Ikenaier and the Reverse Police turn him into a "Gachi gachi gyaku Jewel". The ninja's on sets are suddenly turned into ikenai ninja's while they hold Princess Hana captive. Returning their hair back to normal, they reintroduce themselves and begin to fight. They run after them as they take the Princess with them. Diamond says she'll stop them, and tells them to run ahead. Using the disguise key, she turns into a ninja and directs them away from their true direction. They take her away from the others and hear someone in the toilet. They soon find themselves surround by ninja's. Spade and Clover take the princess but from behind the fan is turned on. Heart appears and uses the power up key making the winds stronger causing them to fly away.

Director Kurosawa appears with his last resort, the large Kumachii. Seira stares at the bear and tells herself "I better practice". The Director hits it with Ikenai power and transforms it into the final boss Gumajii. They find that the claws have turned into knives and a bomb is on it's head. They have one minute but as Gumajii tries to attack them, the assistant appears saying he'll protect the world of filming. Gumajii trips, though confused at first, it stands back up. A news reporter appears and begins to film as the girls are hit with electricity. The Ikenaier and the ninjas hide away from the bomb. The girls claim they need to purify him, the news reporter airs what happened on tv. At the sweets shop, Fumiaki, Sarai and Umeno receive the Phantomi Coffret and Kizuna Perfume. At a dance studio, 5 girls are seen dancing, stopping, they realize they need to help their juniors. They show their kizuna perfumes as they all cheer for the Phantomirage. Power begins to overflow onto the fallen girls. Holding hands, they feel the power of those cheering them on. Kumachii tells the audience to continue to cheer them on. Standing back up, the girls thank everyone for cheering them on. Revealing there is 12 seconds left on the bomb, they transform into Kizuna style. They manage to purify them but learn the bomb is still ticking. The large Kumachii leaps into the air and tosses the bomb causing fireworks. Director Kurosawa receives his own Coffret and Kizuna perfume.

The staff thank the Phantomirage for saving them but say they need to work on the movie. Director Kurosawa says it's alright because the entire movie was filmed already using the contents of the fight they just had. He says that this was the movie he wanted to film, a movie that makes everyone's heart flutter. He announces the end of filming. The Reverse Police wonder if they appeared too when suddenly the large Kumachii appears. Taking off the head, they unveil Gyanne from within it. She squeals knowing she appeared in the movie. Phandy tells them about his superhero like role that he wants to be but they tell him that filming was already done.

In the next movie trailer, they reveal a samurai-themed Phantomirage as well as three girls who say they want to be like them. Sarai appears telling them that she too may be like them.
