It's not my favorite anime of all time, but it's definitely worth the watch, it's hilarious and there isn't anything that can compare to it imo, unfortunately streaming services in the US banned it.

I know this show won't fit some people's fancy, as it might be too crude or lewd (it really is for people older than 18) for them. I still like it because it's hilarious. Stunk, Zel, and Crim go to various brothels and "review" them as part of their business. I love that Crim is an intersex character, although she tries to hide her true sexuality, identifying as male, as a result, and the comedy of this series. I really enjoy this show, so I thought it was important to put it within the top 10 of animated comedies.

So I only discovered this show because it was on Funimations new winter anime and when I saw just the thumbnail I was like why does this exist why is it on Funimation. I thought that Funimation just wanted another title to pad out their roster but when I saw this got a dub (and yes I am a filthy dub listener) I knew I had to watch it. I saw the first episode and to quote an anime YouTuber "you may of noticed the new genre to come out, I can't believe it's not hentai," and this is as close as a hentai you can get without saying it's a hentai. There are many anime out there where the fan service is the most important factor and everything else is a vehicle for it. But this shows elements and characters are a vehicle for the hentai service.
And they could of just stopped there and said here's some tits and ass but the characters at least in the dubbed version are likable and funny and have some good chemistry together. They're far from fleshed out characters that you would see in something like cowboy bebop but they're also far from bland boring characters and put in another anime as maybe side characters would be highly enjoyable. Also I thought the dub would be as atrocious as any dub for hentai (yes I've delved down that rabbit hole) but there were many voice actors who I immediately recognized from other anime. I really would really like to know how they felt after delivering their lines.
All in all it's not for everyone or most people. This anime is definitely not for newcomers and for veterans only and those who have delved into hentai. I'm curious to see what other people will say about this show

Within the anime community, ecchi anime has become more and more popular, and I talked about its scientific attraction. For research purposes and to observe the extent to which this medium can degenerate, I'm willing to watch the newest ecchi anime. Not as extreme as some of the most extreme entries in the category is Ishuzoku, a relatively recent addition. Ishuzoku has a sense of purpose and self-awareness, which makes it a rewarding viewing for those who understand the depths of ecchi anime, despite its overtly sexual theme and garish presentation.
The show teeters between the politically incorrect and the sex-positive, acknowledging that people of all shapes and sizes exist and desire copulation. Despite its absurdity, it encourages critical thinking and embraces inclusivity. The show's perversity is reminiscent of the more fetishistic side of anime, but it is not diminishing its perversity. The concept of ecchi anime, which involves fantasy characters having fantasy sex, is on-brand for those who dislike ecchi anime. The absurdity of the show's concept may distract from the pornographic content on screen, but it is not without its critics. The show's perversity can lead to critical thinking and a more inclusive worldview. Overall, the show's perversity and fetishistic nature make it a must-watch for fans of ecchi anime.

This is an anime that is rare in this day in age, a completely orginal concept that is entirely faithful to itself. From episode 1 to currently episode 5 this anime has been true to its plot and has yet to deviate to a generic genre to appeal to the masses. This originality apparently is too much for the likes of F*nimation and broadcasting companies in Japan so the decided to take it down. I rate this a 10 because I went in head first know what I was getting into and still decided to take the plunge. 10/10 best anime of winter 2020
While it's not outstanding in anyway, I had plenty of fun watching this anime. I mean, exactly how many anime series can you say are this graphic with their content? I wish that the series would continue, because I'd like to see the main characters have more development; and also have much more erotic adventures. I mean, there are still plenty of incredibly beautiful species that they have to review.
Don't get me wrong, some things were more on the comedic side and some of the characters were more than weird in their design, but I can definitely say that it was fun and interesting for most of it. I truly hope that very soon, or at least in the near future, that the rest of the manga becomes animated - because this definitely deserves more attention from anime fans.

Flawless. An absolute masterpiece. The greatest thing since sliced bread, and in an astonishing temporal paradox, the greatest thing before sliced bread as well.

I want to start off with this; this entire show is pretty much a hentai, and has a lot of fanservice and sexual scenes.
I started this show knowing absolutely nothing, and Ive always really hated sexual animes, but God is it funny. The characters are fairly unique and I love their voices and designs a lot. Despite this show lacking a serious plot it sticks to what it does have, and really it's super easy to get sucked into watching. You don't even need to be some horny loser to enjoy this show purely because of such.
More than the characters, though, the animation isn't choppy if you're worried about that. There's a pretty clear body diversity between characters, and most of them aren't mocked either other than by Stunk (one of the main characters). Each episode is pretty much the same, yet it has its good parts.
Typical episode starts with a snippet of a problem or introducing a brief side character, sometimes the main group getting a request to go to a brothel, they go out after getting scolded by their mutual friend Meidri, do their thing, and then they write a review with ratings of the brothel accompanied by an animation of the group doing an Activity to show their scores (E. X: in one of the first few episodes, the group is bowling and the amount of pins they knock down would be the rating.)
The side characters all have little intertwined relationships and frequently are within their own groups, however almost all of them pop up again. The intro and outro songs are both catchy and again, just plain funny. Usually after the outro there's also a little clip including some of the side/background characters.
Despite it being a short season, with how the last episode ended off and the fact that they stuck very closely to the few parts of storyline they had, is that more seasons are entirely possible (though I'm sure unlikely.)
For the more sexual parts though, which is also plenty of the show, each episode covers different kinks and character preferences. Usually there are still jokes written within these scenes, but if your trying to get off..?? I can't really say much, seeing as I lack any interest in such. Reading from other reviews, seems like it works well enough if that's what you're looking for?..
The color choices and character designs are adorable and eye catching! The way characters are drawn is generally appealing, etc.
However the show does have downsides, like any other. The softcore porn kind of just drags everything out way too long, and it does make me lose interest. Also, I kind of just get embarrassed when watching.
Beyond that, seeing as too much of the show is taken up by sex, we don't know a lot about the characters themselves. We know some stuff, like bits and pieces of general information; backgrounds, ages, the things they do and don't like, etc etc. But it avoided things that were important even though they had been mentioned over and over, such as crims halo and the plot itself didn't really expand at all throughout the anime.
I read a few other reviews and the series ones have said nearly the same things I did, and I saw that there was a manga which was mentioned a few times. Im probably just going to read it later today! People have a more positive view towards it.
TL:DR
Cute, too much softcore sex, funny in its own way, characters are well thought out and have personality, but there's not alot to go off of. Wasted potential.
Manga might be better, idk, haven't read it yet.

This is a very middle of the road show, not bad, but I doubt it will be remembered in a few years for anything other than blurring the boundary between ecchi and hentai. I don't normally review the anime I watch on here, but the lack of earnest non-joke reviews has made me decide to write something up.
Pros: >Very appealing art. The more cartoony designs are right up my alley and the style is distinct. >Great character designs both male and female. The monster girls are attractive and have interesting concepts >Catchy OP >While the concept is crass it is interesting and lends itself well to comedy >The low-brow humor is actually quite good and made me chuckle more than a few times. >Skunk, Zel, and Cirno have a great dynamic and them talking about personal preferences and arguing about chicks is the best part of the show.
Cons: >Once the actual sex scenes starts the episodes instantly go downhill. It is too explicit for people just looking for ecchi shenanigans, and doesn't show enough to make it worth watching if you just want porn. >Narrated sex scenes are even more painful than a badly written doujin. >Show wastes time setting up stuff that clearly isn't going anywhere. >Sex scenes bring the shows pace to a halt and don't have enough going on to make up for it.
So basically the show excels at presentation. Its world is fun, the characters are cute, the style is colorful. Everything that should draw me into the show is there. Interspecies Reviewers however is lacking in substance and fails to get me invested. The characters and comedy are present, but the show would rather push the envelope than focus on either. This leads to a bland show without a lot to be interested in besides its softcore censored sex. Scenes I quickly lose interest in and find myself wishing to fast forward through to get to the actual review. Perhaps as an actual hentai it would work. I wouldn't watch it and it wouldn't have been picked up allowing it to reach a more general audience but for what the show is aiming for it would have been more beneficial.
I've heard that the manga is more of a raunchy comedy and is lacking the actual intercourse. That sounds much more to my liking and I'm probably going to go check it out. As it stands I can't really recommend this show to anyone. As far as monster girl shows go Monster Musume is the better overall show and deliverers the fanservice and laughs equally. I'd recommend it every time over this. Interspecies Reviewers isn't bad and it had potential. I just wish it actually focused on delivering a good show not seeing just how far it can go.

Great on all accounts. The story, the characters and the world building is all beyond the ability to explain.

So basically I was bored and the fact it was so popular atm, my curiousity was through the roof and 2 episodes later , I thoroughly regret that naughty curiosity of mine. Yes I said it...
Anyways I just found the whole concept was rather bland, lazy and downright horrible when its about two pervy (ugly looking) guys rating women in prostitution, who are different kinds of species. I know this is effing fiction but it just didn't match my standards as being a top anime of mine...
Look I'll leave it to the fanboys and fangirls who like this hentai type anime but count me out! 2 episodes was enough for me to make my eyes burn!!!!!!

The plot is just them trying out different women, ok fine. The issue is a lot of the women in places they go to are just straight up disgusting, like licking each others eyeballs n stuff disgusting. If the fanservice wasn't so revolting then maybe this wouldn't be a 1/10. It's not trying to be anything other than fanservice, so you'd expect good fanservice.

I love this masterpiece of an offbrand anime. It is without parallel, a true work of art in the ecchi genre, and a renaissance of passion and voluptuous, sensual comedy.
But actually though, this is a fantastic ecchi comedy and will probably be without equal for decades in its themes, offerings, and daring 4D chess maneuvers.
Gist: a group of adventurers (one of whom is a recent and reluctant addition to the group), review their copulative exploits with different species at brothels near and far in order to sell their opinions as scholars and gentlemen to the inquiring public. That's about it.
10/10 #Flex

Well, I thought, hey, this is great stuff. If you don't like it, well you are just missing out in the finer things in life. Also, how is this not hentai!? If you want a more detailed review I should refer you to myanimelist.
Just don't watch this anime near family members :)

I havn't watched a hole lot of the anime yet, but it's proving itself to be quite enjoyable. Despite the premise of the show not being all that great on its own, the characters and execution make it worth watching (mostly just for the fansevice and comedy, but still).
Althoug I like the anime so far, I'd still like to point out it's basicly hentai so I don't think it's for most people.
