At first I thought this was a reality series before realising these people are playing characters. Perhaps because of the production style? It's unfair to hold this to the standards of relatively big budget shows, and for what it is I think it's pretty good. My main complaint is that the drama is a little overdone. A little bit more lesbian joy would be nice to see.

Really bad. A group of lesbians. Bad acting. K'wame coming across as a player with the don't give a chuff attitude is cliched and badly acted...and not believable. It depicts all lesbians as having issues. Crikey. Nothing like the L word as others stated online.
Who invested in this garbage? I'm sure it had so much potential. The video quality is amazing, and I even got to give credit to the cameraman as shots and angles are decently done but the acting is so amateur-hour it looks like some goof off project a group of lesbians pulled off for a high school project. The scene transitions are awkward and the storytelling is extremely hard to follow. The audio could have been improved as well. Not sure if they were going with a "live-like" reality tv show feel, but it's just a slippery slope of a disastrous mess. I might be harsh, but I need a warning label that says "budget series" to get my head right before I spill into a series with higher than needed expectations.
2 stars for video quality and the attempt. Had potential. Acting and narrative broke it.

To be honest the acting could have been better, but practice makes perfect. If these young people are aspiring actors everyone has to start somewhere. The other reviews are people who clearly don't watch docuseries or indie films. I like how it shows people in challenging situations and sheds light of all aspects of the LGBTQIA community. It wasn't a perfect 10 but nothing in life is perfect but it definitely was good, caught my attention, and as a black woman I support anyone black doing their thing in the film industry. Keep going and doing your thing!
