To solve an impossible case
Any episode where Steven Schirripa gets to shine will always be one of my favorite Blue Bloods episodes. In this one various storeowners all of whom are
immigrants won't cooperate in any way with Bridget Moynahan and the DA's
office. As usual Anthony Abatemarco provides a simple and direct solution.
Donnie Wahlberg and Marissa Ramirez get an allegation of rape against this white bread type businessman that doesn't quite ring true.
And Will Estes has Tom Selleck get involved in a suicide that also doesn't quite ring true.
Hats off to Anthony Abatemarco though.

The most refreshingly unwoke television episode ever
Great to see BB not following the current sickingly anti-man rhetoric currently so popular on TV today. There's already a review on the episodes here, so I'm simply writing this review to show my support for the balance and unwokeness which is portrayed in this excellent series. Wish there were more series like this one.
It is positive towards the family, supportive of both men and women, shows ethics and morals which, sadly, seem to be from a bygone era.....at least in our current TV and movie viewing experiences. I hope this series continues for many years yet. We need more series like this to counterbalance the very one-sided, annoying rubbish that is out there. An example of series that I used to enjoy but don't so much now that they feel they need to join the woke-club are Madam Secretary and SVU Law & Order.

Incorrect reference
I have written to CBS twice regarding this episode of Blue Bloods and its incorrect portrayal of the Catholic Church and its stance on suicide. The inference is made that a person cannot receive the Rite of Christian Burial after completing suicide. This is not the current teaching of the Church and has not been since at least 2005. That is the year that my husband completed suicide and was given the final blessing of the Catholic Church upon his receipt of the Rite of Christian Burial following his funeral Mass. At the time of my husband's death, our parish priest assured me that the Church had changed its position, recognizing that mental health crisis certainly color an individual's decision to complete suicide. I would love to see CBS and others with the platform to do so, aid in sending this message.
