In the first scene with Agatha and some guests on a dinner table one of the male guests is smoking a filter cigarette. Although, the cigarette filter was invented in 1925, filter cigarettes were not introduced into the market until 1936. As the movie in located in 1928 there is no way filter cigarettes would have been available.
Loudspeakers were not used for the call to prayer from mosques until the late 1930s; they would not have been in use in the 1928 of the movie.
When Agatha joins Ezekiel and seats next to him asking if he had an affair with Lucy he's writing on a notebook ; the top of his pen pops out time to time and its golden clip is clearly a modern Parker pen typical clip, as the one seen on the Parker Jotter not produced before decades after the action takes place.
9 minutes in the movie, Agatha is packing her stuff. On the shelf behind her is a globus. It is tuning upside down.
