In Germany, the film was given a rating of 16+ by the FSK . The reasons given were an explicit sex scene and the regular consumption of soft drugs.

Emil von Schönfels was 17 during filming. In one scene he is shown naked and erect while being masturbated (apparently without simulation) by Katharina Behrens. The young actor will participate in Grand Jeté (2022) a few months later, where he will again receive a non-simulated masturbation (by Sarah Nevada Grether).
