Kseniya and Sergey Davydovs are happy in marriage, they are raising their twelve-year-old son Mitya. Both are successful. Kseniya is the rector of the institute, Sergey is the owner of a construction company. Recently, Sergey has been increasingly delaying at work, and one day he even comes in the morning, citing protracted negotiations. Kseniya has no reason not to trust her husband, but when she accidentally finds blond hair in his car in the passenger seat, suspicion creeps into her soul.

Kseniya rips off all her pain and resentment at a careless student who has turned up under her arm. And then, in a state of shock, she fires one of the institute's professors, her former teacher. Kseniya and her son come to the restaurant for a surprise holiday organized by her in honor of her husband's anniversary. Taking advantage of the moment, she searches her husband's car and finds an unfamiliar backpack, in which Sergey is hiding a wallet with credit cards and a second phone.

Throughout the evening, Kseniya has been looking for a convenient moment to tell her husband that she knows everything, but still does not find the strength to start a conversation. At night, Kseniya cannot sleep and goes for a walk around the city, where she meets the lawyer Mikhail, who shares with her his secrets and problems of family life. Kseniya learns that Mikhail is seriously ill, but he did not dare to confess this to his wife and instead lied about treason and left his beloved - for her own good. Kseniya is trying to prove how wrong he is in his act.

Mikhail, having studied Kseniya's situation, is very surprised that she for so many years was not at all interested in the finances of the family and blindly trusted her husband. The lawyer advises not to rush to confess and prepare well: find out the situation by any means and for now pretend that everything is fine with her husband. Kseniya and all friends are present at the official opening of Sergey's project. Sergey thanks his wife for her help and moral support - without her he would not have succeeded. During the ceremony, Kseniya now and then catches the tender glances of Roman and later asks to help her deal with the accounts, hinting that she would not mind having dinner with him alone.

Tatyana hints to her friend about Sergey's financial crisis. Kseniya does not believe her until she receives confirmation from Roman. He reports that recently Sergey has a new investor - a certain "White Stone", which is actively investing in construction. If the company continues to invest further, then bankruptcy can be avoided. Nina tells Yuriy that she followed Kseniya's husband and that they have big problems in the family. Yuriy is elated, he has been in love with Kseniya all his life and finally he had a chance to achieve her reciprocity.

Family life is gradually improving, Kseniya and Sergey celebrate the anniversary of their acquaintance, spend the night together as if there were no quarrels and betrayals. But at work, the conflict with Murat gets a new development. None of the colleagues can help Kseniya. After receiving two weeks of vacation, Kseniya goes to her son's football match and meets Sergey and the entire Kulikov family there, including Evelina.

Kseniya goes to a house on the sea, where she sent Parshikov to rest some time ago. The house belongs to Kseniya's cousin, who happily took in Parshikov. The aunt is already in the know - Parshikov told her everything about Kseniya's personal problems. During the walk, Kseniya receives photos from Sergey's vacation from the secretary, examines them carefully, sees that a sign with the already familiar name "White Stone" hangs on the house in which they stayed. Kseniya finally realizes what connects her husband with Evelina.

Kseniya goes to her neighbors to tell the whole truth. Roman, seeing her, foresees something amiss. But his wife Olga unexpectedly surprises everyone. Sergey begins to suspect that his wife has gone mad. Evelina comes to her father and asks not to stop funding Sergey's project. But the father is adamant - he will not give more money to Sergey.
