Dutchman Harrie Links has been living in Sparrowlane 64, London for three weeks. His housekeeper is annoyed because he is more concerned about the plant he received as a welcome gift from his aunt than his household. Harrie decides to pay Mr. Evergreen of Garderners weekly a visit to ask him for advice. Evergreen, who's real name is Bishop, sends the Dutchman to plant expert Prof. Lawson.
