Shooting was halted for 3+ months after Peter Anthony suffered a severe injury on set. The Injury included ruptures of three shoulder rotator tendons and a torn bicep. 3 months later he returned to finish the barn scene in which he performed another stunt.

Director Riley Lorden was only 22 years when the project began.

Johnathan Ivey who plays in the bar fight scene is an actual professional MMA fighter with 91 fights including bouts against legends such as Ken Shamrock etc.

During the end credits, you hear a cover of the song "Sail Away Tiny Sparrow", performed by Anthony Brummer, Dylan Painter, and Evan Winter of the band Conman Economy.

"Sail Away, Tiny Sparrow" is a country song which was composed as background music in the original Friday the 13th (1980). The filmmakers initially wanted a Dolly Parton song to play as background music in the two diner scenes. However, due to licensing costs, the film's composer Harry Manfredini created his own song, using the Parton lyrics as inspiration, with vocals by Angela Rotella.

During the end credits, you hear the song "The Awakening (Acoustic)", performed by the band Onlap. Fall of Camp Blood filmmakers Riley Lorden and Nic Christian used "The Awakening (Acoustic)" at the end of their YouTube live-streams for years, where they mostly played Friday the 13th: The Game. This song was used as an Easter Egg to acknowledge their YouTube following and fans.
