Meet the freshman class at Pup Academy, a secret school where pups become dogs. There's goofball golden Corazon, shy sheepdog Whiz, stray boxer Spark and 10-year old Morgan, who is about to discover his secret destiny: his family have been the caretakers of this secret school for generations, and it's time for Morgan to start his new job.

Spark gets into a sticky situation when she makes up an imaginary human best friend to avoid telling her pup friends she's a stray pup, as Morgan endures Charlie's off-the-wall caretaker training.

Corazon gets himself into big trouble when his mischievous neighbor, teacup pup Oopsie, named after the only word she knows, follows him through the secret fire hydrant portal to Pup Academy where 'no outside dogs are allowed.' Meanwhile, Morgan tries to tech-up the school with not-so productive results.

Morgan struggles to balance his overbooked schedule between work at Pup Academy and his studies at his middle school, much to the frustration of his project partner Izzy, who really wants an A+.

Corazon lies about having a famous uncle - Dude from "The Descendants" - not knowing the real Dude is coming to Pup Academy to judge the annual talent show, as Morgan and Charlie engage in the ultimate prank war.

After a bad day at Pup Academy, which makes Spark question where she belongs, Spark is ready to quit the Academy for good. But when she skips school to hang with King and the Lost Dogs, Spark learns the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Charlie and D.O.G take a day off, leaving Morgan in charge of the Academy on his own for the first time. Morgan thinks he's got it covered but doesn't realize his plan is about to be unraveled by Izzy, who is set on getting to the bottom of what her pup does all day.

It's time for the annual student exchange, and Pup Academy is getting ready to welcome a - kitten. Spark tries to hide her secret friendship with this kitten from her judgmental classmates, as Corazon discovers cats aren't as bad as he thought when he's sent to Kitten Academy to learn about acceptance.

D.O.G. and Charlie's plan to pair up Morgan and Spark for a class assignment to bring them closer together backfires when the duo ends up lost in the dangerous Wildwood forest.

When Morgan accidentally shares photos of Pup Academy with Wolfehead Middle School's biggest gossip, the Academy is in danger of being revealed to the world unless Morgan can get the photos back and cover up his mistake.

Pup Academy celebrates a special day of student reviews, Charlie shares a meaningful gift with Morgan, and King's dark past comes to light.

Spark is finally feeling like she's found a place she belongs ...until King calls in the favor she owes him. Now Spark must decide whether to honor her commitment to her paw-pact with King - or betray Pup Academy and all of her new friends.

When D.O.G. fails to fulfill the prophecy, Pup Academy closes its doors forever. The entire world is turned upside down: cats reign supreme, Charlie becomes Morgan's roommate and - worst of all - dogs are no longer human's best friends. Now it's up to the former Academy students to find a way to get their world back to normal.

When Corazon and Whiz discover a double-crossing Professor's plan to get rid of "the stray" at the Academy once and for all, they wind up in a race to get to Spark before the King and his Lost Dogs take her out of the picture - for good.

After it's revealed that Spark isn't who they thought, the other students start treating Spark like the princess of Pup Academy - and Spark hates it. She just wants to be treated like the normal pup she thinks she is, but how do you get others to treat you the same when they think you're different?

The pups arrive to find the Academy locked down and under siege from very mysterious, and very smelly, visitors from the Wildwood. Can they stop the invaders before the school is too stinky for studies?

Spark enlists the help of her classmates - and Morgan - to break King and the Lost Dogs out of Animal Control Headquarters. Meanwhile, Morgan discovers a trunk belonging to his father and learns that King has a secret of his own.

Spark and Bite's rivalry spins out of control during the Pup Academy Fetchball finals over which of them will be crowned this year's MVP: "Most Valuable Pup!" The Battle of the Fetchball Field is ON.

It's the end of the school year, and the pups are stressing out about their final exams. That is until Fitz and Wolf arrive with a pack of wolves to destroy the school once and for all, and the students of Pup Academy realize they have way bigger problems than passing grades. Meanwhile, Morgan and Izzy are having issues of their own as they're stuck fighting to save Pup Academy when they should be performing in their school's annual musical.
