The entire film was shot in one day.
As it was filmed near Chicago, filming had to pause every few minutes to allow for the the "L" (elevated train) to pass by. The location was just off of the Purple Line on the north side of the city.
Linda Boelsche (who plays Daisy) was sick with a cold on the day of shooting. She kept taking medicine and didn't mention it the director who didn't find out about it until they were wrapped for the day.
On the day of filming, the director overheard Linda Boelsche using a Texan accent around the extras and crew members while trying to have fun and lighten the mood--she was born and raised in Texas-- and upon hearing this, the director insisted that Linda do the character of Daisy while using a Texan accent right then and there without any rehearsal.
