This is Atresplayer Premium's first original series. It was initially being produced for Antena 3, but midway through filming, the network's owner, Atresmedia Televisión, announced publicly that they would instead release it in the revamped version of Atresplayer Premium (the paid version of Atresmedia's streaming service, Atresplayer) as the service's first original series. However, despite this, it is only the service's second exclusive series overall, the first one being the American series Four Weddings and a Funeral (2019).
