You love somebody, you feel you have become one with that person. You live with that person happily for years. You believe your relationship is sound, virtually indestructible. You believe you know your lover's intimate self. You believe it would take nothing short of an earthquake for that to change. But then, life is there to surprise you.
A story of love and loss, told out of sequence, with constant flashbacks until everything slowly falls into place. And then it looks simple, and complex at the same time.
Beautiful cinematography from the first shot until the end. Limited use of colours, but very striking, like in a modern painting. Water, beautifully filmed water everywhere. Great music throughout.
Well acted film, well carried through by the 2 main actors.
Clever script, to the point, honest, flawless. Director Dhykhovichnyi's well-controlled rhythm and magical touch again.
