Similarly to the first Rumble Roses (2004), a promotional marketing project with famous models and a couple of UK magazines was made but the photo-shoots were eventually not associated to it because of its mature and provocative content. One of them was still created after the launch, "Rumble in Rubbers" featuring Bianca Beauchamp and Aria Giovanni and was published by Bizarre magazine in 2008 without any mention to Rumble Roses.

If you watch the credits all the way, you will come across this: English Cast Rumble Roses XX All-Stars This is possibly the group pseudonym of the English dubbing voice actresses since under the Screen Actors Guild in regards to non-union sponsored video game rules of crediting any English dubbing voice talents, no English dubbing voice talents can be credited for a video game unless the project is union-sponsored.
