In one deleted scene, Wayne's first victim (the "bleach victim") is 'pre-screened' prior to her murder, during which she looks puzzled by the fact she's being filmed. In another deleted scene, the boyfriend of the pregnant woman asks why they're being filmed and gets visibly agitated by this.
