When Scrat first discovers the time machine, the month/day displays show the month/day as May 26th. The next time we see the time machine, the displays now show the month/day as April 7th.
After a time jump, Scrat believes he is home only to find himself on an iceberg which is about to be hit by an ocean liner named Titanic. While the date of April 14th, 1912 is correct for the real life HMS Titanic sinking, the time of approximately 11:58 (presumably pm given the historical facts and the night sky visible) is a bit off, with most historical accounts putting the collision at closer to 11:40 pm.
The time machine time and date are in error a third time when Scrat is transported to 19,999 BC for the second time, leaving three versions of himself at the same time. In this scene the 2nd Scrat's time machine shows May 29th, 19,999 BC (BCE) and approximately 8:05 am (presumably based on the fact the sun is out, which it would not be at 8:05 pm on May 29th in the northern hemisphere in the approximate location of the scene), however the 3rd Scrat's time machine shows May 29th, 19,999 BC (BCE) and approximately 10:05 am (again presumably) just moments after the 2nd Scrat's time machine vanishes with his/their treasured acorn.
