Just finished watching Gafla and I call it a rare good film. Because its very good in spite of an unknown star cast and no songs & dance which is a mandatory in Hindi films.

The strength of the movie is the writing and if anyone wants to understand stock markets .....this is a must watch.

Loosely based on the life of the 'Big Bull' Harshad Mehta, the shows the rise and fall of a man who changed the rules of the game in the early 90s.

There is not a moment when the movie becomes boring in spite of the slow pace.

The performances are very good and the movie also gives some teachings abt life !

I would say few minutes of movie are enough to tell you that its going to be great.Although a movie with small stars each one has performed to the fullest with good storyline which will tightly bing you to your seats.

It covers most of the basic parts of its vast theme of Stock Market.It includes how big fishes can alter the market and also a positive message of Clearly thinking before investing in a place like stock markets. A Place which makes a common man in boom think that they can reap any amount of money from it and never think on their own terms before investing blindly relying on sources like brokers.

Must See Movie not worth missing :).Surely you will enjoy it a lot. I give this 9 out of 10 for their wonderful effort :).Which i think is a success.

This movie actually tells you what happened in the 1992 scam. A true mascot in the terms of real-time cinema. An awesome movie to watch and gives you real scenarios of pit trading of what actually used to happen n how brokers used to make a fool out of people. This movie is still my all time favorites. Thank you Mr. Sameer for giving the Indian cinema such a wonderful film.Mr. Vikram gokhle was powerful with his performance and Brijendra kala was as good to watch. Mr Sameer was also wonderful with the small role he had in the movie. Not to forget the hero of the movie Mr Vinod sherawat who played the role so well that it actually looked as if the role was tailored for him only. We look forward for Mr Sameer's next movie with great joy and great expectations.

Will not say it's a bad movie , as they try to highlight something new which I haven't witnessed before . Decent one time watch I would say .
