After a year's rest from the porn wars, the great Nikita Denise decided to make a comeback (working for Jenna Jameson's label) with this disastrously lousy porn-parody of "American Idol". If that sounds like a bad idea, it was.
There's a nonentity playing Randy with Nikita and Herschel Savage as the other judges on the talent show. Savage takes off on Simon Cowell by just being an irritable and nasty creep, criticizing roundly the sexual performers who are competing in showing off their sexual prowess usually in pairs but also as a threesome.
Casting of the contestants involves familiar porn stars, a rather stupid approach since this lousy format should naturally feature amateurs, just as a porn-parody of "Dancing with the Stars" would automatically generate pro-am sex. So watching Randy Spears have sex and then be denigrated by Savage is truly asinine, in fact causing my mind to wander as to whether Spears would get even with Hersch some day in real life for this dissing.
The supposedly lucky winners, one male and one female, get to hump Nikita at the climax. Up until then the sincerity of Denise and her pals is zero, as all pretenses of believability are about on a level with the content of a WWF/WWE wrestling show.
And given the one-set, "reality" format, the sex scenes are tedious and uninvolving.
