That show was one of the best presentations I have seen in years. The music was so varied and delivered in such a high end and classy manner. Exposing kids to all those forms of music was genius. Over all the show was presented better than most concerts I have seen on VH1, MTV, PBS or regular net work. It was put together better than any of the Oscar or Emmy shows I have ever seen. As far as entertainment with style, I liked it better than the Kennedy Center Honors, which I never miss. I would watch a show like that on a regular basis.
I have to let you know also I am a 59 year old man. I would watch a show like that like we use to watch "Ed Sullivan" as a family back in the 50's and 60's. If a network need a good lead in show to start an evening of viewing that would be it.
