A sensitive and candid portrayal of a country restrained by it's Government's corruption and greed in the wake of a natural disaster

A must-see. Film-maker Dhruv Dhawan's haunting imagery and objective portrayal of the Sri Lankan situation after the December 2004 tsunami strikes many chords of anger, disbelief and empathy towards the people and events that took place after the destructive wave had long ebbed away.

Nearly two years on, the majority of the survivors continue to live in tents provided by foreign embassies and aid workers. What have the Sri Lankan Govenrment done? Where did all the money from "The World's Largest Aid Effort" go? Those questions and others form the interrogative string that weaves together the characters and stories in Dhawan's larger than life film.
