The big day has arrived, and Bob is full of nerves, but he's all over the bathing plan, Terry's on hand to take his mind off things.
How often in sitcom land did a show end with a wedding episode, the big finale, and why not a great way to sign off, and of course it works a treat here.
It's the closeness of Terry and Bob, the bond of friendship that makes it so good. Lots of funny one liners throughout, and of course plenty of well known faces, Biggins pops up once again.
I spent the whole episode waiting for the best man's speech, and of course Terry doesn't disappoint.
Bob is feeling a little nervous as he awaits his bride, Terry consoles Bob with talk of Guatamalan spiders and Colombian roads,
I wonder if they knew or not about a second series, it really does have an end of show feel about it, fortunately they'd return.
9/10.

It certainly is the End of an Era. The wedding day has descended and all of a sudden Bob's tranquilisers have worn off. He is a bundle of nerves.
It is left to Terry, now back as best man to keep Bob calm. Only he reminisces about his disastrous marriage back in Germany.
Both the mothers of the bride and groom are unhappy, they make the last ever cuppa for their offspring.
At the church Bob holds Terry's arm so tightly, he tells Bob that the vicar will marry them both.
There were some wry observations in this episode about the wedding day. The mothers crying on the morning of the wedding as they make breakfast for the last time for their son or daughter.
Despite his nerves, Bob held it together to deliver his wedding speech. Terry was a soul of discretion as he made his best man's speech.
At the time, it might have been this would be the last episode. A second series would be commissioned.
