Cyril rejects his son's design for a solar-powered car in order to arrange a contract for a traditional petrol car with Mr. Mammoth (a hilariously mumbly Carl Banas), who has an assistant (Rick Jones) who translates for him. So Bert, Ralph and Melissa help by rebuilding Cedric's car and try to save the forest by challenging Cyril and his goons to a race.
This episode is one of the funniest so far. The sight gags are great, Cyril has a lot of funny lines and it's kind of like Wacky Races with an environmental message. I love the gag where Bert accidentally slams the visor of his helmet over his own nose.
It's more memorable than the first episode of 'Lupin III Part 1', which the title of this review is referring to.
