- Jamie Pratt: [Time portal opening] Even if this were possible, why would anyone do such a thing?

- Jamie Pratt: But - but you are talking about killing innocent men. They haven't done anything.
- Dr. Theresa Givens: They would've!

- The Control Voice: Our yesterdays are like a string of pearls - unbroken, unchanging - but if we could change our past, would that also change who we are?
- Dr. Theresa Givens: Work with me, Jamie Pratt!
- Jamie Pratt: How the hell do you know my name?
- Dr. Theresa Givens: That doesn't matter! What matters, and what you want to know, is whether I killed those men. Well I did it. I killed all 20 monsters, and because I did, 83 women are still alive.
