- In multiple scenes, the character Rico is seen at his bar at the the snack shack he owns drinking what is obviously chocolate-milk and another time root beer and saying "Hit me again, but this time leave the carton/can." This is a reference to drinking but kids most likely won't understand the reference.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the episode "I'll Always Remember You" there's a scene where Miley is deciding to tell her secret to the world or not, and in that scene a song is played when she's remembering her journey though the series, this scene can be emotional and sad as she later on reveals her secret to the world
- In the episode "Love That Let's Go" we see a horse being sick and almost dying, and after that a song that tells you to move on in life and let go is played, although the horse doesn't die at the end.
- Season 4 episode "Kiss it Goodbye" can upset some viewers because Miley receives backlash from people after revealing the Hannah secret.
